The answers to the questions you might have

Production & Shipping

What is your production time?

  • We launch in collections. What you see is all the product we have in stock until we begin another collection! We launch collections quarterly! Any pop up launches outside of those launches will be detailed extensively throughout our social media accounts!

How long are your shipping and delivery times?

  • We ship mostly USPS. You can expect your items within 5-7 business days. Holiday delivery may be extended which is out of our control! But we will communicate with you whenever we know of delays.

Returns and Exchanges 

What is your return policy?

  • We understand that some items just might not work out for you. If that is the case, we would encourage you to pass your item along to someone else who may find joy in it. Since we launch in collections, we often are not producing the same items at each launch. So, it would be irrelevant for us to accept returns. With this being said, all of our items are final sale! Thank you for understanding! 

Can I exchange my earrings?

  • Similarly to our return policy, all of our items are final sale! Launching in collections prevents us from having much of a backstock. So there often might not be something available for you to exchange your item for. 

Jewelry Care and Materials 

What are your earrings made out of?

  • We use a mix of sculpey clays to create custom colors for each of our designs! Sculpey clay is safe and non-toxic.

What are your earring backings made out of?

  • Our earring backings and posts are all made of metal and nickel free.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

  • Yes! This is something that we are super passionate about! Our muslin bags are biodegradable and earring displays cards and colloratal are all recyclable. This is why our tagline is “shop your statement while we make ours”.

Can I request a custom piece?

  • If you have a big event coming up such as a wedding, bachelorette party, or birthday party and would like to gift earrings to your guests, please reach out with your request at least 3 months in advance. We don’t currently have the capacity to take on one off projects. But we can do larger custom projects! However, we only take on a handful of custom projects a year in order to stay within our own collection launch production!
